Ganguwal Power House

Ganguwal Ganguwal Power House is run-of-the-river  Power House. This Power House is on the Nangal Hydel Channel, which originates from the Nangal Dam.This Power House has been working very efficiently since 1955 with the equipment from Westing House- USA and Hitachi-Japan. The Power House generates a total of 77.65 MW. The two units of Westing House- USA origin have already been renovated and modenised by BHEL units. The third unit of Hitachi make is planned to be renovated and modenised shortly.
